How do I order my print?

There are three two ways to order your print(s) through Carlisle Printing:

Direct File Upload:

You can now upload files directly to our server for processing and printing. Click here to start uploading!

By Email:

Simply send us an email to prints@carlisleprinting.com.au with the following details:   

  1. Your full name
  2. Your postal address
  3. A contact phone number
  4. Your preferred email address
  5. The print size (i.e. 8x12", 43x60cm, etc)
  6. The paper finish - Pearl or Gloss  (Default is Pearl)

If you would like a quote for Premium Photo Papers or other services including mounting and framing, please list them in your email.

If you are sending multiple files and they are all to be the same options there is no need to individually list them. However, if you would like different sizes/types for each photo, you need to list each filename (i.e. IMG0001.jpg) and the options for each one.

You should receive a return email within 1-2 business days with a quotation for the prints and confirmation of your preferences and details.  Once you confirm the quote via return email, the prints will be processed and queued for printing and delivery.  Your invoice will accompany your prints and will be payable within 14 days of postage.

 

By Mail:

Simply send us a CD (or flash disk) to our postal address, along with a cover letter with the same details as for the email orders.  You will receive an email quotation as per the email option to confirm the order process.  Your flash disk will be returned to you with your prints (CD's will not be returned).
